20cm.ai provides software-based market intelligence, analytical reports, watchlists, ranking tools and related information services.
Information produced by 20cm.ai is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered personalized financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Investment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity performed through their accounts.
Paid plans provide access to features according to the plan selected at the time of purchase. Pricing, plan limits and billing periods are displayed before payment.
Market information may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. 20CM, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy or future investment performance.
Users may not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, resell without authorization, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
We may update the service and these Terms as necessary. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, 20CM, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 20CM, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or US$100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 20CM, LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and 20CM, LLC consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@20cm.ai so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Nothing in this section removes any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and 20CM, LLC regarding the service.
